As the game wore on and the temperature raged, Houston pitching had trouble finding the strike zone
The game remained close and neither team could put the other away
The Heat pitcher was tough, but the long tourney and near 100 degree temps eventually took its toll.

Both teams starters competed like champions.
Arlington was one of more vocal teams in the tournament. They consistently and enthusiastically cheered their teammates, especially when behind.
